Cabinet Secretary (CS), Hon. Peninah Malonza, attended the launch of the inaugural Kenya Airways flight from the Kenyan coastal city of Mombasa to Dubai, at the Moi International Airport Mombasa, yesterday. The event was graced by H.E the Deputy President, Rigathi Gachagua.
Kenya Airways will fly 4 times weekly with each flight carrying 145 passengers. The route therefore presents great promise for tourism, not only for the Kenyan coast but for the country at large.
CS Malonza was accompanied by the Principal Secretary State Department for Tourism, John Ololtuaa, and Principal Secretary State Department for Culture and Heritage, Ummi Bashir.
